Exploring the health struggles women live with—but rarely talk about.
Wednesday, May 21st at 8:00 pm ET
Too many women are juggling it all—
careers, family, relationships, and personal health—
without enough support or space to prioritize themselves.
This show is about reclaiming that space.
But it's also more than that.
It's an invitation for everyone to learn how to
support and honor the health journeys of the
women in their lives.
-
Join us for a one-of-a-kind event that puts HER at the center
of the wellness conversation.
In honor of Women's Health Month, we're hosting a real, relatable wellness event that dives into the powerful world of women's health.
Whether you're a woman juggling work, business, family, or all of the above—this event is for you.
What We'll Talk About:
-
HORMONES
More than “mood swings.” Discover how hormones affect energy, focus,
weight, and stress—and how to support your body through all its natural cycles. -
EMOTIONS
From emotional burnout to radical self-care. Learn how emotional wellness
is directly connected to physical health (and why it's okay to feel it all). -
REPRODUCTION
Let's normalize the conversation around reproductive health.
We'll explore wellness habits that support reproductive health at every stage.
